Gheeds best drop is off Andy Hell and Shako is off Meph i'm pretty sure with like a 1/750 drop rate.

I know after playing for years and magic finding for fun i've gotten them off hell meph the most by far.

HRs are just random like that.I don't know who would drop it best there are plenty of item calc you can google to see who exactly has best chance to drop it. But you know RNG, even doing 1000 cow runs is not a guarantee of HR. Since cow is better than AT or Pit due to monster density, you probably will get more than 1 HR in 1000 runs, but I’d say you still need to do 300-500 (This is only an estimate). Someone showcased item drops after 10k AT runs and he found 12 HRs in those 10k. In LOD, Dbrunski estimated around 1000 runs of Ancient Tunnel or Pit to get 1 HR on average. Sure, you could get lucky and get something good but you usually have to put more runs in for high runes. I’d say I did about 700-800 LK runs total to find the runes I listed.Ĭow is another good place esp for online since LK isn’t very good for online, but normally, 120 runs is not a whole lot. I complete an LK run in less than a minute only popping the 6 super chests and some bodies/logs between the 2 campfires. I also spent some time to roll a good LK map where both of the campfires are very close to the waypoint. LK in Single Player with /players 7 setting is supposed to be very quick. If I found a Sur rune online, I would think I can easily trade it for Ohm/Ist but since I’m offline, I have to find Ohm myself or cube it. I have the advantage of same map and /players 7 and it still takes a while. So I will probably keep doing LK another week or two hoping for Ohm and Ber/2 Surs. I still haven’t found Ohm but I’m about 1/2 way there to making Infinity. I really want a CTA and I decided to farm LK after rolling a good map layout. I spent about a week just to farm Andy/Meph to get my standard unique items like Shako/Occy/Vipermagi and etc. I’m an offline solo player and I have been doing LK for about a week.
